The seventh International Petroleum and Gas Exhibition (Napec) will kick off on March 21st in Oran. Upstream, Midstream and Downstream activities will be discussed in this important International and Professional Exhibition of Petroleum and Gas Industry in Africa. Suppliers of products, services and technologies who revolve around the oil and gas activity will meet during the four days of this exhibition. More than 600 exhibitors coming from 38 countries and a hundred of experts, will take part in this edition of Napec, which hosts each year more than 25 000 visitors.
North Africa Exploration and Production Conferences will be presented by more than 20 specialists on March 22nd, in the conference rooms of the Méridien Hotel. On the same day a conference entitled “North Africa Pipeline Conference” will be in the center of the exhibitions. This event will be, inter alia, “an occasion to have access to the current and future pipeline infrastructures in North Africa”, states the official communiqué of the organizer.
Thirty specialists in oil drilling, from around twenty countries, will present Upstream and oil drilling conferences: tank, production, drilling and completion, and other technologies, on March 23rd, in the Center of Conventions.
Mohamed Benahmed Center, will be the scene of exhibitions of important petroleum and parapetroleum companies, manufacturers of equipment, engineering, service provision, maintenance, distribution but also innovators who suggest technological solutions for all the sector’s activities.
North African Companies at the Steering Committee
North African companies, National Oil Corporation (NOC) of Libya, EGAS of Egypt and ETAP of Tunisia are introduced to the steering committee of conferences. A committee composed of the representatives of big companies such as SONATRACH, ALNAFT, REPSOL and BAKER HUGHES, EAGE, GE. This introduction of the North African companies, is “another way of involving them directly in the choice of themes and the orientation of debates”, Organizer Mr. Djaâfar Yacini declares.
Themes adopted by the steering committee for this seventh edition will be, inter alia: “Examples of partnership success and the lessons to be learned”, “The new rules of game in Oil and Gas Industry”, “Assessment of the important gas and oil basins in North Africa” and “The role of the technology innovation to increase the refining and petrochemical production”.
North Africa Petroleum Exhibition & Conference will gather companies like SONATRACH, ANADARKO, STATOIL, ENI, PETROLCELTIC, GE, BAKER HUGHES, SIEMENS, DUPONT as well as parapetroleum and logistic companies.
